Yoga

At our Community Center, we offer two levels of Yoga classes to serve everyone from the novice to the experienced yogi. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or a seasoned practitioner looking to take your practice to the next level, instructor Cyndia has something for everyone.  With each class offering a variety in the programing, you'll find something new and exciting each week.

Classes are offered on Monday mornings, Wednesday afternoons, and Saturday mornings.

Cost: $6.00/class

Tai Chi

Come join other community members in our Tai Chi classes!  With the guidance of our accomplished instructor Carroll Chapman, you’ll be able to experience the physical and mental health benefits of this 3000-year-old Eastern health practice. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and learn the soft flowing natural movements of Tai Chi.

Classes are on Thursday mornings from 9:00 - 10:00 AM.

Cost:  No fee
