The Community Center offers a non-smoking, drug/alcohol-free function space for rent, perfect for hosting holiday parties, large groups and  meetings.  Our space features a spacious floor plan, air conditioning, wi-fi, and modern amenities including kitchen facilities.  For more information contact us and see the attached guide.

The Community Center awards two scholarships annually to Embden residents graduating from R.S.U. #74.  To learn more about this scholarship opportunity, or to apply for one, contact the Guidance Office of Carrabec High School.

The Hand-up Fund at our Community Center is a way for us to support those in need. We provide grants to those who are trying to help themselves and need short-term assistance making ends meet. Our grants are designed to help with basic needs, assisting recipients in their efforts to be self-sufficient.

Now equipped with a generator, our Community Center is able to provide a Warming Center in the event of a power outage. Here, members of the community can find a safe place to warm up, charge their cell phones, and refill water bottles.  Restrooms and showers are also available.

 

 We hope this service will help our community in times of need.​​
